1. WHEN THE ITEM HAS NOT YET ARRIVED:
You can only request a refund or reshipment of the product after 26 business days of purchase, for international deliveries. However, in the case of orders to the United States, total refund or reshipment may be requested after 19 business days, this fulfilling the processing and shipping times that in some cases may vary (due to causes beyond our control). Also, as long as there was no error in your specified shipping address during your purchase.

2. WHEN THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED:
Our policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item arrived broken or in poor condition at the time of delivery, please send us photos of the item as soon as possible and we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund. For security measures, in the case of very fragile objects such as cups or glasses, it is necessary that if this case happens, you, the customer, communicate maximum 5 days after receiving the purchase, because after this limit of days no refund or replacement can be applied.

No changes, refunds or refunds are processed if the error in the measurements of the item / product was made by you.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send an email to refunds@2thepocket.com, and we will indicate the place where you should send the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
