You can only request a refund or reshipment of the product after 26 business days of purchase, for international deliveries. However, in the case of orders to the United States, total refund or reshipment may be requested after 19 business days, this fulfilling the processing and shipping times that in some cases may vary (due to causes beyond our control). Our policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you must send an email to refunds@2thepocket.com, and we will indicate the place where you should send the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
